A Recipe Review - Family Reunion Cheese Ball

A couple of weeks ago, I attended our annual family reunion in Damascus, Arkansas. The highlight of the experience is always the incredibly delicious array of food available for lunch. The food choices this year were by far the best in years, and the addition of this simple cheese ball put it over the top.
The recipe is incredibly simple, but the taste is powerful. Because the spices are kept to a minimum, the taste of the cream cheese is unencumbered. The recipe that was used for the family reunion was made with ham, but I was told that shrimp tastes wonderful as well.
If you are looking for a simple appetizer that packs a powerful punch, be sure to give this one a try!
