Southern Fried Chicken by Paula Deen
What sets this recipe apart from all of the others I looked at is the hot sauce. That small addition gave the chicken that extra kick my family enjoys.

IHop Cinn-A-Stack Pancakes
Before we moved to Maine, my guilty pleasure was eating at IHop. I enjoyed several of their menu items, in particular their Cinn-A-Stack pancakes. Once seasonal, these pancakes have been added to their regular menu, to be enjoyed year 'round. The problem for me is that here in my location in Maine, the nearest IHOP is 2 hours away :( Sooo, determined to have my cinn-a-stack fix, I scoured the internet for a copy cat recipe, and Voila! I found a recipe that tastes almost identical!
This recipe is for the cinnamon sauce and cream cheese icing. You can use it on your favorite pancake recipe, or even on toast. This recipe is fantastic year 'round, but in particular during the holidays. You can easily whip up the sauce and icing the night before, store it in the refrigerator, and heat it the next morning while you are making your pancakes.
Give it a try, and let me know what you think!
